Payment Schedule

A deposit of 50% of the total reservation amount is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due seven days before arrival. For reservations made fewer than seven days before arrival, the full amount is due at booking.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made at least 14 days before arrival receive a 100% refund of paid prepayments.
• Cancellations made 7–13 days before arrival receive a 50% refund of paid prepayments.
• Cancellations made fewer than seven days before arrival are nonrefundable.
• Reservations made through Airbnb or Vrbo are also subject to the cancellation terms displayed on the applicable booking platform at the time of booking.

Security Deposit

No security deposit is required.

Taxes and Registration

Applicable Vermont taxes and the Vermont short-term-rental surcharge are calculated during checkout.
