The Lodge

Welcome to Hemlock Lodge, a newly renovated waterfront retreat on the peaceful shores of Cole Pond in Southern Vermont.

Designed for families, friends, and multi-generational gatherings, the lodge combines private waterfront living, comfortable gathering spaces, and room to spread out. Four traditional bedrooms, a private kids’ bonus suite, three full bathrooms, and multiple living areas provide flexibility for guests of all ages.

The main level centers around an open kitchen and living room with three sliding glass doors leading to the mahogany deck and hot tub. A separate dining area opens onto the covered porch, while the Cozy Mountain Snug offers a private media room and quiet workspace.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom overlooks Cole Pond and includes an ensuite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms and a hall bathroom complete the floor. Tucked away up its own private staircase, the kids’ bonus suite sleeps four and includes a Smart TV, gaming-console hookups, and beanbag chairs.

Outside, guests can relax on the deck, enjoy the hot tub, gather around the Solo Stove, or head down to the waterfront. Kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, a canoe, and a rowboat make it easy to experience the lake.

Summer days are made for swimming and paddling, fall brings brilliant foliage, and winter offers convenient access to Stratton, Mount Snow, Bromley, and Magic Mountain. Whatever the season, Hemlock Lodge provides a comfortable place to reconnect and enjoy Southern Vermont.
